I joined WordPress Goldmine to help me make a transition from doing client Internet Marketing work, to doing affiliate marketing. The work I had been doing was quite a bit different, so I really did need an education on how to successfully do affiliate marketing. I purchase several programs, but still had unanswered questions. I’ve been a little slow to get everything set up, mainly because I still have other commitments that demand a lot of my time. I did manage to put in a few articles a few weeks ago and generated sales from those articles, but yesterday was really the first day that I felt I had a complete website with supporting articles and profit centers in place.
I took a peak at my eBay and Amazon stats this morning, and low and behold, I had 1 Amazon sale and 2 eBay sales, all from different people! Not bad, considering I’ve only had a completed site for about 24 hours.
Now it’s time to repeat. I’m motivated!

The short answer to that is probably no! Internet Marketing takes work, if it was easy then everyone would be doing it . If you are happy to work hard and dedicate yourself to making money online then you will succeed. My name is Chris Hartpence, and this is my account and experience with WPGM thus far:
I began experimenting with Internet Marketing in July of 2009, after spending some two months studying independently and finally buying one (unrelated) product. To accompany the book, you get a series of step by step videos that guide you though every bit of the process, but they’re more than that. There are several video series. One walks you though the basic process, and the next covers more advanced topics. The one that follows covers still more advanced topics, until you’re not only building sites, you’re building them like a seasoned pro!
The book and the videos would make the program more than worth the price, but what I have found both inspirational and invaluable is the forums. Not only is Mark a constant presence there, offering live, hands on help with questions big and small, but the forums themselves are populated with a diverse and hugely intelligent, passionate crowd of people who are all striving for the same goals that you’re reaching for.
You’ll find people at all points along the journey toward mastery of IM, which means that once you learn a few things, you find yourself playing the role of both student AND teacher, and that can be quite exhilarating. What a rush it is when someone comes along and asks a question and you realize that YOU know the answer!
That’s almost as big a thrill as the very first time you get a click on one of your AdSense or affiliate ads!
Best of all, after a month of applying the lessons learned via the WPGM materials and forum, I saw a tremendous increase in my AdSense and affiliate income, and even better still, after talking about SEO and all the new things I’d been learning with a local business owner, he hired me to get him better google rankings!
